- Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet, but do not actively connect the smartphone or tablet to your GUM Playbrush in the Bluetooth settings!
- Open one of our gaming apps and make sure your GUM Playbrush is activated (the light flashes green for Playbrush Smart and blue for Playbrush Smart Sonic and Smart One). If it flashes red, your Playbrush must be charging.
- Wait a few seconds until the Connect button, in the app, changes to a battery and the light on your Playbrush first flashes rapidly and then turns solid blue or green. Now Playbrush is connected.
- Please make sure you have given the app the following permissions:
- Location (we do not detect your location, unfortunately it is necessary to release the location permission so that the app can use Bluetooth).
- Nearby devices (for Android 12 and above).
If Playbrush does not connect, please follow the on-screen instructions and press the Connect button again.
