Only customers with a GUM Playbrush Kids subscription have access to their children's detailed bruhsing statistics. If you are a GUM Playbrush Kids Plan customer and still do not see any reports, please make sure that the email address you provided when you purchased your GUM Playbrush Kids plan is also used when you signed up for the game. If you use a different email address, please log out ("GUM Playbrush" App)/uninstall the app (Utoothia) and re-register with the email address you used to purchase the GUM Playbrush Kids subscription.
