My GUM Playbrush flashes red and green - what does that mean?

Modified on Fri, 26 Jul at 12:39 PM

If your GUM Playbrush alternately lights up green and red, it is in the so-called "bootloader" mode and the GUM Playbrush is trying to perform an upgrade.

If you have interrupted the upgrade (this can happen, for example, due to a notification on your smartphone), place your GUM Playbrush on the charging station and try to connect it to the GUM Playbrush app again. Please complete the upgrade to the end, do not close the app, do not disconnect and do not try to interrupt the upgrade with a notification.

If you still have problems, please contact our support team: support@playbrush.com.
