When can I expect the brush heads delivery?

Single purchase:

• When purchasing brushes outside of the subscription, delivery of the brush heads usually takes 3-6 working days. In times of increased mail volume (e.g. at Easter and Christmas) and in rural areas, delivery may take up to 10 working days in exceptional cases

Brush heads with subscription:

• The replacement brush heads will be delivered after the end of the 30-day trial month and payment of the annual fee for the selected package. If your children need brush heads earlier, simply let us know at support@playbrush.com. Once the annual fee has been debited, the same delivery times apply as for individual purchases.
• Please note that brush heads are not included in the motivation set. The brush heads are included from the all-around-carefree set onwards
