How do I access my subscription?

Please note that it may take a few minutes to activate your subscription. Please log in again to activate your subscription.

The following points are also important when registering in the app:

1) Please use the email address you used for the purchase
2) Please note there are two Playbrush apps, please use the correct one
        - "GUM Playbrush " -> for children's products Smart, Smart Sonic and GUM Smart Sonic
        - " GUM SMART" -> for our adult product Smart One, Smart One X and GUM Smart One
3) Please make sure that you have the latest version of the apps (it is best to uninstall them all and download them again)
4) Pay attention to the correct spelling of your email address (upper and lower case) and your password

If these steps don't help, please send us the error message or your account (Settings -> Account) via support@playbrush.com

We will then contact you immediately with a solution.
