How do I access my subscription?

Please note that it may take a few minutes to activate your subscription. Please log out and in again to activate your subscription.

The following points are also important when registering in the app:
  • Please use the email address you used for the purchase
  • Please select the correct App
    • "GUM Playbrush" for kids products GUM Playbrush, Playbrush Smart and Playbrush Smart Sonic 
    • "GUM SMART" for our adult products GUM Smart One, Playbrush Smart One and Playbrush Smart One X
  • Please make sure that you have the latest version of the apps (it is best to uninstall them all and download them again)
  • Pay attention to the correct spelling (upper and lower case) of your email address and your password
    • please differentiate between @gmail and @googlemail

If these steps don't help, please send us the error message or your account (Settings -> Account) via support@playbrush.com

We will then contact you with a solution as soon as possible.
