How do i activate my Subscription?

Please note that it may take a few minutes to activate your subscription. Please log in again to activate your subscription. The following points are also important when registering in the app:

Please register with the same e-mail address that you used for the purchase
Please note that there are two Playbrush apps, please use the correct app
- GUM Playbrush: for children's products GUM Playbrush and Playbrush Smart
- GUM SMART: for our adult product GUM Smart One
Please make sure that you have the latest version of the apps (it is best to uninstall all of them and download them again)
Make sure that your email address (upper and lower case) and password are spelled correctly
- please use the exact same mail address and differentiate between @gmail and @googlemail, for example

If you registered with a different email adress than you purchased your subscription with, please register again with the correct email address.
