Why do I get the error message "You need a valid GUM Playbrush Kids Plan" even though I already have a GUM Playbrush Kids plan?

Please make sure that the email you used while purchasing GUM Playbrush Kids Plan is also the email you are signing up in the game. In the "GUM Playbrush" App you can easily check which email address you use for your account. Click Account and click Account again. There you will see your username. 

If you use a different email address, please log out ("GUM Playbrush" App)/uninstall the app and re-register with the email address you used to purchase the GUM Playbrush Kids Plan.
