My GUM Playbrush doesn't turn on

Modified on Fri, 20 Dec at 11:20 AM

If your GUM Playbrush is not charging or won't turn on, please try the following steps first:

GUM Playbrush

  • Charge your GUM Playbrush continuously for 48 hours using the included charging station and check if it lights up and turns on afterward. Don’t worry, this is an exception and only necessary in the rare case of a deep discharge. Also, check the connection with the "GUM Playbrush" app.

  • Is your GUM Playbrush blinking alternately red and green? Then something went wrong during the update. Please place your GUM Playbrush on the charging station or connect your Playbrush Smart to the supplied charging cable and link it with the "GUM Playbrush" app. Please follow the instructions for correctly connecting your GUM Playbrush to the app. You can find them here.

GUM Smart One

  • Please check if your GUM Smart One is fully charged and, if necessary, charge it continuously for 12 hours using the included charging station. If your GUM Smart One is still not fully charged after 12 hours (it should glow solid green), please turn it on briefly and then place it back on the charging station. Repeat this process if needed.

  • Is your GUM Smart One blinking alternately red and green (on the charging station)? Then something went wrong during the update. In this case, please place your GUM Smart One on the charging station and connect it with your "GUM SMART" app. Please follow the instructions for correctly connecting your GUM Smart One to the app. You can find them here.
