Have you bought more than one subscription with the same email address?

You have purchased more than one subscription to GUM Smart One (adult) with the same email address:

Download the "GUM SMART" app from the Google Play or Apple App Store Register with the email address with which the subscription was purchased. In the next step the app offers the possibility to assign other subscriptions to other email addresses. The other persons can then download the "GUM SMART" app themselves and register separately.

Example:

Paul buys a GUM Smart One subscription for himself and his wife Anna at paul@beispiel.com. Paul downloads the "GUM SMART" app and registers with the name Paul and the email address paul@beispiel.com. In the step after that, he is asked to whom the second subscription should be assigned. Here Paul enters anna@beispiel.com. As soon as Paul has completed the registration he can use the app.

Anna can now also download the "GUM SMART" app and register with anna@beispiel.com and use the app without restrictions.

You have bought more than one subscription for GUM Playbrush (children) with the same email address:

Download the "GUM Playbrush" app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. Register with the email address with which the subscription was purchased. In the next step, there is the possibility to create a profile for each child.

Example: 

Papa Paul buys a Kids subscription for his children Max and Moritz at paul@beispiel.com. Papa Paul downloads the "GUM Playbrush" App and logs in with paul@beispiel.com and his own name (Paul). Afterwards, he is asked to create profiles for his children. He creates a profile for Max and a profile for Moritz. In these profiles, the brushing stats, as well as the progress of the game, is saved separately for Max and Moritz.

Note on the rewards program: Although several subscriptions are combined at paul@beispiel.com, the bonus is not collected but shown as a single item in the app (as if there were only one subscription). The maximum number of points displayed per day is therefore 3 points and 32€ per year. However, in case of rewards credit, this amount will be credited to each of the existing subscriptions. In the case of paul@beispiel.com, the credit balance of max. 32€ for subscription 1 and subscription 2 will be deducted (a total of 64€).



You have ordered a family subscription (GUM Playbrush Kids and GUM Smart One subscriptions) with the same email address:

The same procedure as above mentioned separately applies here as well:

1) download the "GUM SMART" App (Smart One for adults), register with the email address with which the subscription was purchased and assign other email addresses.

2) Download "GUM Playbrush" App, register with the email address you used to purchase the subscription and create profiles for the kids.
