Have you bought more than one subscription with the same email address?

If you have purchased more than one subscription to GUM Smart One (adult) with the same email address:

  1. Download the "GUM SMART" app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Register with the email address used to purchase the subscription.
  3. In the next step, the app will offer the possibility to assign other subscriptions to different email addresses. The other users can then download the "GUM SMART" app and register separately.


Have you bought more than one subscription for GUM Playbrush (children) with the same email address?

  1. Download the "GUM Playbrush" app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Register with the email address used to purchase the subscription.
  3. In the next step, create a profile for each child.


You have ordered a family subscription (GUM Playbrush Kids and GUM Smart One subscriptions) with the same email address:


The same procedure as mentioned above applies:

  1. Download the "GUM SMART" app (for Smart One adults), register with the email address used to purchase the subscription, and assign other email addresses.
  2. Download the "GUM Playbrush" app, register with the email address used to purchase the subscription, and create profiles for the kids.


Basically, the subscription does not need to be visible in the GUM SMART app, as it is accessible without restrictions anyway.
