Have you purchased more than one subscription with the same email address?

If you have purchased more than one GUM Smart One (for adults) subscription using the same email address:

Download the "GUM SMART" app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Register with the email address used to purchase the subscription.
In the next step, the app will offer the option to assign the additional subscriptions to different email addresses. The other users can then download the "GUM SMART" app and register separately.

Have you purchased more than one GUM Playbrush (for children) subscription with the same email address?

Download the "GUM Playbrush" app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Register with the email address used to purchase the subscription.
In the next step, create a separate profile for each child.

Have you ordered a family subscription (GUM Playbrush for Kids and GUM Smart One) using the same email address?

Then follow the same procedure as above:

Download the "GUM SMART" app (for Smart One for adults), register with the purchase email, and assign other email addresses.
Download the "GUM Playbrush" app (for children), register with the same purchase email, and create profiles for the kids.

Please note: The subscription does not need to be visible in the GUM SMART app, as all features are accessible without restrictions.
