Where are my replacement brush heads?

When you buy a GUM Playbrush, you automatically sign up for a subscription, which is in the trial phase for one month after purchase. 

However, you can cancel your subscription at any time during this trial month via support@playbrush.com. 

If you do not cancel and wish to renew or keep your subscription, the subscription amount will be automatically taken  from the payment method you selected at the time of purchase and the replacement brushes will automatically be sent to your home. 

This shipment takes approximately 10 business days.
